CrewPortGlobal is being developed by GTC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FZ-LLC as a digital maritime crew data, documentation and matching platform.

## What the platform does

- supports seafarer profile creation;
- supports document collection and review workflows;
- helps shipowners organize crew requests;
- supports candidate matching and shortlist preparation;
- maintains a compliance-oriented audit trail.

## Stage 1 position

At Stage 1, CrewPortGlobal is positioned as a technology platform and workflow service.

The platform does not present itself as a licensed manning agency or seafarer recruitment agency unless and until required approvals are confirmed.

## Commercial model

The core commercial model is B2B.

Shipowners, vessel operators, ship managers and maritime employers may pay for workflow support, candidate search support, document readiness review and related services.

CrewPortGlobal does not charge seafarers recruitment or placement fees.
