CrewPortGlobal does not charge seafarers recruitment, placement or employment-access fees.

## Core rule

Seafarers must not be required to pay to access job opportunities through CrewPortGlobal.

## What this means

- no recruitment fee;
- no placement fee;
- no hidden employment-access charge;
- no deduction from wages for recruitment-related access;
- no mandatory paid service as a condition for consideration.

## Optional services

If optional paid services are offered in the future, they must be clearly identified as optional and must not be required for access to employment opportunities.

## Business model

CrewPortGlobal's commercial model is intended to be B2B, with services provided to shipowners, vessel operators, ship managers, crew managers and maritime employers.
