# CrewPortGlobal — Terms of Service

By using CrewPortGlobal, users agree to the platform's published terms, policies and operational rules.

## Core terms

- users must provide accurate information;
- users must not impersonate others or upload unlawful or misleading content;
- the platform may restrict access in cases of misuse, fraud or compliance risk;
- the platform may use AI-assisted tools for intake, summarization and workflow support;
- AI assistance does not mean automatic employment decisions;
- CrewPortGlobal does not guarantee employment outcomes;
- CrewPortGlobal does not charge seafarers recruitment or placement fees.

## Business users

Shipowners, operators, managers and related business users remain responsible for their own contractual, employment, wage, travel, visa and regulatory obligations.

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Material public changes should be reflected in the published legal package.
